How trained do I have to be to start with THE TRIP?
This workout is designed to challenge your fitness. The way the training is set up, participants at all levels can come and push their individual boundaries.
What do I need to bring?
You do not need to bring any special equipment to participate in THE TRIP, so all you need are comfortable training clothes, a drinking bottle, a sweat towel and an attitude to get the maximum benefit from the training.
How many times a week should I attend THE TRIP?
For great results, we recommend that you train THE TRIP 2-3 times per week.
I'm pregnant. Can I still attend THE TRIP?
No, women are advised to reduce their exercise intensity during pregnancy, so HIIT exercise is not recommended. We suggest that you talk to your doctor if you have more questions about exercising while you are pregnant.
Is Les Mills THE TRIP safe?
THE TRIP is designed with science, safety and results in mind. If you have special health problems, consult your doctor before doing THE TRIP training.
